This course is designed for students 18 years and older who have not completed high school to prepare for the GED test. The curriculum is based on the New York State Learning Standards and will help prepare students for the GED Reading through Language Arts (RLA) subtest. The goal of the course is to provide sufficient foundational and conceptual skills so that students can pass the GED RLA subtest, partake in pre-college courses, enhance their initial college placement scores and matriculate to college. 20 sessions
