Students will gain critical competencies including communication best practices,emotional intelligence, creative problem-solving, and conflict resolution through role-playing, case studies, and dynamic discussions. Key session topics include mastering customer interactions, building rapport and trust in virtual settings, overcoming barriers to issue resolution, and integrating feedback for continuous skill improvement.
