| Introduction to Programming will introduce students to basic programming structure with C++. Students will gain a fundamental knowledge of programming, program debugging, and control structures through hands-on experience. Throughout the week, students will learn the foundations of Computer Science which can be brought into their everyday lives. These concepts will bolster a student’s mathematical, logical, and creative thinking skills which will serve them well in the applications they program during the course. At the end of the course, they will be programming a simple, interactive game to show off to their friends and family. With the knowledge gained here, students will have an advantage over their peers in future Computer Science college courses. 4 sessions
