ServSafe Manager Course

The ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams, and educational materials to food service managers. Students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The ServSafe Manager 8-hour training helps students prepare to take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. It covers critical principles, including personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more.
