New York State's Dignity for All Students Act seeks to provide the State's students with a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying, to raise awareness and sensitivity to potential acts of discrimination and/or harassment and to enable employees to prevent and respond appropriately to incidents of discrimination and harassment.
For school professionals applying for certificate or license, including, but not limited to, teachers, guidance counselors, school psychologists, school social workers, administrators, and superintendents of schools.
One online session, one classroom session- total 6 hours. (Online session MUST be completed to attend classroom session.)
